About the Weekly Classes

General Yoga, suitable for all levels.

General yoga, Level 2, suitable for people with some experience of yoga or perhaps mindfulness, but you do not need to be physically able to do advanced physical postures in any of my  classes as everything is taught in stages. It is sometimes more the periods stillness in meditation or deep relaxation which can be most challenging in these classes

Restorative Yoga and deep relaxation class with a focus on deep rest and healing. Suitable for all.

You do need to be able to climb the stairs to the attic yoga room and get up and down from the floor using a chair for support if necessary.

About the Monthly Classes

Monthly yoga class with audio home practice.  Suitable for busy people who cannot commit to a weekly class but want to do some yoga at home or as additional yoga to supplement a weekly class.

There are two dates left this term: Tuesday 19th June and 24th July. The focus of these two classes is maintaining and supporting a healthy back.

Classes start up again in September  and will always be on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. You can attend just one or any number of these. £20 including audio home practice for the month – asana, pranayama and yoga nidra. (If you sign up to 6 classes or more this will reduce to £15) 

Sundays:

  • 15th July,
  • 16th September,  
  • 4th November and then on the first Sunday of every month

This is a deeply relaxing morning of yoga. The longer time enables you to really explore the yoga postures, breathing, deep relaxation and a little bit of mindfulness meditation. We also break for home baked buns, baked by my baker husband on the premisses. 

£30 including refreshments and an audio Yoga Nidra to take home

Weekly class cost 

Group weekly 1/1/2 hr classes are £8:00 each. Classes are booked and paid for in advance in 6-week blocks. If you join part way through a block you only pay for the number of classes left in the block, if there are bank holidays or I am not teaching then obviously you do not pay when there is no class! 

There are no refunds for missed classes within a block. However, whilst you are a booked into a block, you are welcome to attend any of the other group classes instead to “catch up” on the missed class. Catch ups may not be used on workshops or towards 1:1 classes.

If you are on state benefits and need a concessionary rate, please discuss this with me.

Individual Class fee, workshops and private group classes for up to 8 people

One to one classes are £49 for the initial 1½ hr class. Subsequent on going one to one classes are then:

  • 1-½ hour day classes, which start no later than 3pm, are £37.50.
  • 1 ½ hour evening classes (which start after 5pm) & weekends are £42.00.

There may be a small supplement per extra person in a private group class.

A 45 minute instruction on Jala Neti is £15.00 for existing students, £25 for non students.

For classes at students’ own homes I may need to add an amount for travelling time and cost

Workshops/Monthly long classes:

Payment in full confirms your place on a workshop. If for any reason you have to cancel, the payment will only be refunded if I am able to fill your place from a waiting list for the workshop.
