Tuesday Evening Yoga with Audio Support

Yoga For Backs workshops on Tuesday nights. Suitable for all,  with or without back problems.

Tuesday  24th July 6-8pm.

Then starting up again in September on the 3rd Tuesday of each month

Sunday Morning Yoga

A deeply relaxing morning of yoga: asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), yoga nidra deep relaxation and mindfulness meditation.

Next one Sunday 16th September and the on the 1st Sunday of each month
