These workshops are good if you are new to yoga, or if you have not been coming for a while, or if you are having back problems or are just a bit stiff and achy!

At the end of each workshop you get a digital download of the practices we have done to continue practicing at home.

£20, including audio support.

Deeply relaxing Sunday morning Yoga

Next one Sunday 15th July, 10:00-13:30 with a tea/coffee break and freshly baked buns from Saxton’s Home Bakery

A deeply relaxing morning of yoga: asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), yoga nidra deep relaxation and mindfulness meditation. Set yourself up to practice some yoga at home during the Summer break.

 Just this one left before the summer break:  Sundays  15th July.

£30  including refreshments.
