Tuesday Evening Yoga with Audio Support

A two hour class 18:00-20:00 on the 3rd  Tuesday of each month starting Tuesday 18th September 2018

After each workshop you get a full yoga class, including postures, breathing and yoga Nidra/meditation to continue practising  at home.

I am teaching a one day workshop for MADYA in Manchester on 29th September 2018, 10.30am to 4pm (doors open at 10am)

‘Steps to Meditation’ (they call me Rambha)

The day will focus on developing the practice
of awareness through asana, pranayama, yoga
nidra and meditation.

A deeply relaxing morning of yoga: asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), yoga nidra deep relaxation and mindfulness meditation.
